Chief Marketing Officer - CMO
Lobon Innovations LLC is the U.S. subsidiary of Lobon Technologies Inc (Canada). We are pioneering technology-driven mobility and business services designed to transform ride-sharing and transportation solutions across the U.S. market. We are seeking an experienced, creative, and results-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy and fuel our growth.
Position Summary
The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing, executing, and managing all marketing activities for Lobon Innovations LLC in the U.S. market. The CMO will shape brand strategy, lead demand generation, drive customer acquisition, and ensure consistent messaging and positioning in alignment with corporate goals.
The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on leadership to build brand equity, enter new markets, and deliver measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Brand Management: Build, refine, and protect the company's brand identity, voice, and messaging across all channels.
- Customer Acquisition: Design and oversee multi-channel campaigns to drive user growth and market share.
- Digital Marketing: Lead SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, paid advertising, and website management.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new services.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead the marketing team to execute plans effectively.
- Budget Management: Build and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective ROI.
- Partnership Development: Identify and manage partnerships to drive awareness and customer engagement.
- Reporting: Define KPIs, track performance, and deliver regular reports to the CEO and executive team.
- Public Relations: Oversee PR strategy to secure media coverage and manage reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven track record developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Experience in technology, transportation, mobility, or startup sectors preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience launching new brands or entering new geographic markets.
- Familiarity with U.S. transportation or mobility industry regulations and trends.
- Expertise in marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Ability to collaborate with international teams (e.g., Canadian headquarters).
