Regional Operational Manager
Summary:
The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operational activities of Lobon Innovations LLC across designated regions. This position plays a critical role in driving business performance, managing regional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing processes to deliver exceptional service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the region, including staffing, logistics, service delivery, and customer support.
- Develop and implement regional operational strategies and business plans in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend process improvements to senior leadership.
- Recruit, train, and manage regional staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations applicable to company operations.
- Collaborate with finance, HR, and product teams to support successful rollout of new services.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and partners within the assigned territory.
- Lead operational readiness for market expansion or pilot programs.
- Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures for the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, logistics, or business administration, preferably in technology or transportation sectors.
Demonstrated success managing multi-site or regional operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with operational software systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel regionally as required (up to 30%).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in start-up or high-growth environments.
- Knowledge of rideshare, mobility, or transportation industry.
- Familiarity with U.S. regulatory compliance for transportation services.
